Stay at Saluda Lake Landing in this unique lakefront property getaway that has a house, cafe, boat ramp, and dock. Perfect for fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and more. Once home, relax and cook the days catch indoors and out. This property is partially public as we do get other customers for the cafe, dock, and boat ramp. Welcome to Treehouse on the Lake! This spacious, five-bedroom lakefront home features great lake views, a private dock, two wrap around porches, and a small stream in a beautiful forest setting. The home sleeps up to 10 guests in five bedrooms. Relax on the deck and walk down to the private dock- great for swimming, fishing, kayaking (kayak provided), or simply soaking up the sun. In the evenings, gather around the lakefront fire pit or enjoy the wood burning stone fireplace in the living room.

Cozy Mountain Cottage

Nestled in the Summer Hill gated community at Lake Glenville, the main level has an open living area with a large sectional couch, breakfast bar off the kitchen, and dining area. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a TV. The loft functions as a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a pull-out trundle. The sleeping areas have separate entrances to a shared bathroom. There is an upper and lower deck, gas and wood burning fire pits, charcoal grill, Green Egg, and a hammock to hang outdoors.

This two story home is located at the end of a very quiet cove with plenty of water. The beach has a fresh 6 inches of sand installed for the lake season. The walk to the lake is very short on an almost flat surface. The home will accommodate a family up to six people. The house has two floors. The main floor has a large living room with plenty of comfortable seating and satellite TV service provided. The entire main floor has hard woods along with the Master Bed Room and bed room #2.
