The entire east wall is floor-to-ceiling windows with views that peek through trees and show glimpses of Lake Washington. *Please read our note in its entirety* This gem is walking distance to everything Capitol Hill has to offer, as well as the restaurants and shops in Madison Valley. Montlake and University District are also just minutes away by car. Sitting right on the bus line, you have plenty of options to travel by feet, bus, bikes, or cars. Street parking is plentiful right by the house with no time limits. You’ll have everything you need in this urban oasis (especially that wine bottle opener!)

We have a compact but spacious-feeling 1 bedroom apartment that accommodates 4 guests with the addition of a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room. We have a lovely west facing balcony that overlooks the the garden and provides territorial sunset views. It offers Northwest/Scandinavian modern design and a clean feel.
