Waterfront Cabin on the Sound

Looking for a quiet place to get away “glamp” - our special cabin is the place for you. The cabin is SMALL and cozy. It features a queen bed in upstairs sleeping loft as well as a couch that pulls out into a double size sleeper, covered kitchen & private hot shower located OUTSIDE. There's an easy-to-use Incenelet toilet. Someone will meet you to go over check-in when you arrive. We allow you to bring 2 dogs for a $50 fee each. The gravel driveway is steep - you MUST have a an all-wheel drive.

Whether your night starts by catching a show in Capitol Hill, or cheering on the Hawks downtown, our private 1BR/1BA unit is the ideal spot to unwind and relax for the next day's adventures. Stay indoors and enjoy an epic movie on our big screen TV and sound system. Or head outdoors to our turfed backyard and let the fully enclosed jacuzzi soak away any stress. A retractable roof means you can enjoy the stars, or hide from the rain, no matter the weather!

The Rockland Woods Lodge, Lake & Land

The Rockland Woods Lodge was originally built in 1973 and a 2018 rustic-modern remodel freshened up its charm. A relaxing 60-min Ferry Ride from Seattle gets you to a quiet, densely wooded 20-acre property overlooking Mission Lake and the Olympic Mtns. Biannually, we host 10-20 Artists-in-Residence at the property without charge. To support this primary mission, we rent to small groups for retreats, reunions, workshops, and weddings. It's the only cabin immediately on the beach for miles either direction; all other houses are above at street level. Just 90 minutes from downtown Seattle via the Seattle / Bainbridge Island ferry. *** Beginning Summer 2025 (June 2nd through September 28th) all summer bookings are per week, with a 6 night stay minimum, check-in on Mondays, check-out following Sunday or Monday morning. ****
