Our property sits on 4 acres of tranquil countryside at the top of the verdant Dordogne valleys. Sit back, have a glass of wine, and watch the hot air balloons paint across the sky at sunrise or sunset. Use our bicycles to explore the locale or BBQ outside and take in the scenery.

Welcome to L'Ours et Son Petit Oiseau (The Bear and his Little Bird), set in 8 acres with views over a wild valley run with deer and sanglier. Cool off in the saltwater pool, relax in a hammock, unwind in the wood-fired hot tub, or get to know the many animals who also call this place home. Cicadas and birds sing to the setting sun, and there's not a human soul for miles. Fields and vineyards lead to the winding streets of medieval Issigeac, a boulangerie, a café and the perfect afternoon.

Cosy and quaint with lots of charm, Menabilly cottage is the perfect escape for two with everything you need to unwind and switch off. The light open plan living area has views over the garden and is fully equipped for all year round use. Whether it’s reading a book in one of the relaxing armchairs whilst enjoying the fire in the colder evenings, or enjoying a coffee on the private patio in the sun; the sunsets and stars are incredible. Set in large tranquil grounds with shared heated pool.

Holiday home Pécharmant is part of a former 18th-century warehouse for wine and tobacco. This holiday home is south facing on the river Dordogne. From Les Magnolias it is less than a 10 minute walk to the main square of the typical bastide town of Lalinde. You will find the bakery, the butcher, a tourist office, a cozy shopping street and old village center, supermarkets, banks and restaurants and cafes with terraces, bicycle rental at 400 meters and the weekly Thursday morning market.

A l' extérieur, vous pourrez vous restaurer sur la terrasse tout en profitant d' une magnifique vue. Plusieurs marches vous mèneront à la seconde terrasse où vous pourrez vous détendre et vous prélasser au bord de la piscine vue sur Dordogne.
