Less than a mile to 3 boat docks. Walking, Birding & Fishing is the common entertainment of this beautiful coastal neighborhood. Due to asthma, no type of animal is allowed.

The beach is only a short distance, approximately 3/4 of mile via access road 1-A. Everything Port Aransas has to offer is only minutes away, including the beach, ferry, marina, golf, shops and restaurants. Close to everything!! Our unit comfortably sleeps 4 guests, but can accommodate up to 6 gue
