Holly House B & B is a new studio apartment in the downstairs of my 1930's English Tudor home. Its beautiful light-filled decor is designed to help you relax, and unwind during your visit to historic Lancaster County. Holly House offers you privacy with an outside entrance into your tranquil space which features a living room, bedroom alcove, dining space, kitchen, full bathroom, laundry facilities, and off-street parking, steps from your door. Breakfast each day will feature home-made dishes.

Beautiful restored 200 year old sandstone farmhouse on 6.5 acres of land. The Garden Suite is spacious with exposed stone walls in the bathroom, hardwood floors, and a private balcony overlooking the farm. The suite is furnished with a TV, small fridge, and coffee maker. Breakfasts are made from farm raised naturally grown fruits, vegetables, eggs, cheese, and milk. Shared rooms - the living, dining, kitchen, music room (guitars, violin, piano, bass, drums, flutes). Animals to meet, too!

Private Queen Room #2 at Stonewycke B&B

Stonewycke B&B offers a delightful getaway that is off the beaten path, yet only 10-30 minutes from many sights & attractions of Lancaster County. Unwind on the back deck or in the comfortable Great Room after a busy day, or walk our paths and enjoy a closer look at nature on our mostly-wooded 11 acres. Private queen room with bathroom is in the ‘new’ (2000) addition to our 1800’s-built log home, so you’ll enjoy updated accommodations while experiencing the charm of the original log cabin.

The Senator

The Senator B&B is conveniently located in Mt Joy, PA. A very short drive to Lancaster, Hershey, York, and many wonderful attractions and restaurants. The home is 120 years old with tremendous charm and character. Over the warm months the grounds are teaming with flowers to enjoy. Feel free to enjoy the many common spaces to lounge and relax. Please note that this room is on the 3rd floor and does require steps. It is secludes and the only room and bathroom on the 3rd floor.

In a Forest - Ensuite with Separate Entrance

We have a three story A-frame in a small forest in southern Lancaster County. You get the entire downstairs area which has a separate entrance, private bathroom, sitting area, bedroom, and limited kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and coffee/tea kettle). The surrounding area is rural, peaceful and quiet. Lancaster City is 15 miles to the north, Philadelphia 60 miles to the east, and Baltimore 60 miles to the south. We operate this property as a Bed and Breakfast year round, and at times live on the 3rd floor. You can rent the entire place. Sleeps 18 comfortably. 7 rooms, 5.5 baths. There is a private first floor room that can be rented separately. This a great place to hold your family event. Marietta is a very quaint old town having many nice restaurants, Antiquing, shopping and the Susquehanna River Trail There is an additional $1850 site fee for Event space.
