Located 3 miles south of Lancaster, we are 15-20 minutes within major attractions including Sight & Sound Theatre, Amish Country, Strasburg, and Lititz.

The second half of a beautiful sprawling townhouse with some of the most idyllic views in the area. It is directly next to farmland and pastures (typically home to goats or horses) and has a beautiful backyard and screened in porch. Equipped with a grill this is perfect for a relaxing vacation, but should you choose to go out you're located just outside of the popular town of Intercourse so you'll be close to all the local attractions while staying in the country. Truly a FANTASTIC home!

The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It has been completely redone and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with beautiful views. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

This converted bus parked on our property provides a unique way to experience Lancaster County. Located in Amish country & about 10 minutes from great shopping, guests can wake up to peace, quiet and a countryside view. With a full-size bed as well as couches that easily convert into a King-sized bed, the bus is a great getaway for couples, friends, and families! FYI: read full listing for information. Built in 1753, this 1000 square feet, newly restored limestone cottage was the original settlement home on the 135-acre homestead. This Amish owned family friendly home is centrally located in the village of Intercourse, Lancaster County. The home is a 5 -10 minute walk (no sidewalk, along a narrow shoulder of the road) or a 1 minute drive from the shops of Kitchen Kettle Village in Intercourse. It's also a 10 min. drive from the town of Bird in Hand, and a 15 min. drive to the Sight & Sound Theater. The home is very near Amish farms with a great view out back.

Come join us on our farmette right in the heart of amish country! from the guesthouse/loft you can see horses, sheep and sometimes cattle in the meadows,also lots of silver maple trees. The loft is in a newly renovated barn, located on our small farm in Gap PA. The location is approximately 15 min from Lancaster County’s main attractions.
