With private parking, we are 2 minutes from the M6 and within easy reach of the Lake District, Morecambe Bay, Lancaster and the Yorkshire Dales. With continental self-serve breakfast and teas/fresh coffee included, use of the shared family kitchen is also available. Choice of local places to eat, good transport and great walks on your doorstep.

'Waterside Studio' is a well appointed apartment in an annexe to the main house, but with private access. It is situated in a quiet part of a unique village, which has a sea dock, adjacent to the Lune Estuary and canal basin on a branch arm of the Lancaster Canal. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers and anyone who likes all aspects of wildlife, boating and the sea. We are 5 m. south of the historically important University town of Lancaster. The village has a pub, village store and cafes.

Our attached home Annexe (small bungalow) was built to a high standard four years ago (2016) and is located in a quiet residential cul-de-sac located about 20 minutes walk from Kendal centre along the old canal cycle way. The facility comprises:-OWN ENTRANCE , lounge/kitchenette,shower room, double bedroom , dressing 2nd bedroom , off road adjacent parking , dedicated private outdoor space and a secure area for cycles. We are ideally suited for trips to the Lakes, Morecambe Bay and the Dales.

Welcome to The Artist’s Loft a light, open plan apartment in the centre of Kendal with two king size bedrooms and two luxury bathrooms. Perfect for couples and families. Private parking allows you to explore The Lakes by day with the bonus of great restaurants, cafes and shops on your doorstep. With SKY TV, Netflix, board games & books you can kick back after a days exploring. If there is no availability I co-host The Rooftop Retreat which can also be booked together for larger groups.

This is a relaxing completely self-contained studio in very quiet surroundings yet only a few minutes walk from delicious eateries and quirky bars in Ramsbottom and Holcombe Brook. It is perfect for couples who enjoy the great outdoors (you can walk onto the West Pennine Moors from the house) or for those just looking for a private retreat in which to unwind. Plenty of free unrestricted on street parking. Please note we cannot accept children or pets, the studio is compact and not suitable.

The Flat on Bath Street
A first floor flat in the Freehold area of Lancaster. The flat is dog friendly and close to The Gregson Centre, a great place to grab a coffee or a bite to eat before exploring the city centre. A five minute walk down the hill and you are in the centre. The train station is around a 15 minute walk. The flat itself has a hallway, living room, kitchen with oven, hob, microwave and washer dryer. The bedroom has a super comfy, pillow topped double bed and in the bathroom is an over bath shower.

'Hill View', private annex in rural village
On the edge of the Pennine Moors with country walks from the doorstep this modern annex is in a peaceful location at the end of a cul-de-sac in Trawden. The village has a great pub, cafe and community shop with locally sourced & eco-friendly produce. Bronte Country, Pendle Hill and Skipton (the gateway to the Yorkshire Dales) are under half an hour drive away. Off road parking, peaceful garden with superb views A welcome pack of milk, bread, butter & jams, cereals, tea, coffee provided.

Annex in centre of Poulton Village.
This self contained annex is located at the rear garden of a house in a very quiet street. It is located in a perfect spot only 2 minutes walk to the centre of Poulton and the train station. Only 2 miles from Blackpool Hospital 6 min drive (see pics) Good transport links to Preston and Lythan St Annes. Free on street parking is usually available. The annex has private access. It is accessed down a pathway which runs inbetween/ behind the residential properties. Please see photographs.

A gem in the heart of a Cumbrian market town
Our home is close to both the Lakes and the sea, situated in the centre of the vibrant market town of Ulverston which is packed with a good variety of restaurants and non chain bars. The cottage was built in 1890 and is located in the heart of the town. The house has good kitchen stocked with all the basics, from herbs, condiments and even the odd tin of baked beans, so if you fancy cooking, you can!. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, friends and business travellers.

The apartment is modern and stylish in a comfortable relaxing countryside environment *Hot tub is for your sole use only* We are approximately 20mins drive to Blackpool, Lancaster and Preston with J33 M6 15 mins away. We are close to the coast and the location is perfect for walkers, being tucked away on the Lancashire coastal way footpath. Onsite is our own brewery Farm Yard Brew Co which has street food every weekend and live music fortnightly more information on their website
