Welcome to The Trailhead @ Sinks – a brand-new, fully furnished detached guesthouse on our four-acre property. Located one minute’s drive to Sinks Canyon, The Trailhead includes two king bedrooms, one bathroom, washer/dryer, and a bright, airy kitchen and living room. Enjoy the views of the foothills, and relax in the peace and quiet. Ride/run/hike the trails across the street at ASI. You will be five minutes to town and minutes to adventures. Sleep like a baby on Dreamcloud hybrid mattresses.

Comfortable, serene 2-bedroom home conveniently located off of HWY 287, nestled in the cottonwoods, with an inspiring view of the Wind River mountain range. This recently custom-renovated, unique, and quiet property features: WiFi; premium queen beds; a full kitchen; walk-in shower; washer/dryer and laundry amenities; fireplace; workspace; RV/Electric Vehicle hook-up; plenty of seating/eating space; and, is kid/pet friendly. It’s a perfect getaway to visit, stop over, or watch the world go by.

Newly Remodeled Riverfront Home

A tranquil retreat minutes from the Wind River hotel & Casino and downtown Riverton. Enjoy the peaceful Little Wind River while relaxing on the spacious deck from which abundant wildlife viewing is available. Photographs of moose, deer, antelope, fox, otters, beavers, muskrats, mink, and raccoons have been taken from the comfort of the deck. A spotting scope with universal phone adapter is available for your use. Firewood is also available for the fire pit just feet from the beautiful river.

Little House on the Frontier

Little House on the Frontier is a cozy guest house in the Wind River foothills town of Hudson. 9 miles to Lander, 14 to Riverton. 30/40 minutes to the Wind River Mountains with hiking, biking, fishing, climbing, & skiing opportunities. ~160 miles to Teton National Park and Yellowstone. Our light & bright guest house features a private entrance, full bath with soaking tub, a full kitchen, living area with tv, and bedroom with a queen bed. There is also a queen air mattress and washer/dryer.

Artsy Landiego

Artsy Landiego isn’t fancy, but boy is it cool. This 3 bedroom is located on Lander’s south side behind some native chokecherry trees in a revamped 1963 Doublewide Detroiter Deluxe, just blocks from City Park and ½ block from the golf course and the Lander Community Center. Most of the artwork is by local Lander artists and many pieces reflect Lander’s unique charm. This home has internet but no tv. Enjoy this beautiful kitchen, huge bathtub and the insider's eye at Lander's art world!

Quiet and spacious apt on beautiful 10 acre ranch

Cozy one bedroom guest apt located on our spacious 10 acre ranch with spectacular views and privacy, yet only 5 min. from town. The open concept apt features a full kitchen, spacious living and dining area. Both bed and sofa bed have memory foam mattresses. Shower/bathtub combo practical for kids. Washer and dryer free of charge. Cozy woodstove. Smart TV and WiFi. Additional air queen mattress also available. Kid-friendly with pack-n-play and toys. NO PETS. Very bright, nice guest house!

The Sanctuary in Lander

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Nestled at the base of Red Butte, the road from the Sanctuary leads to Shoshone Lake, which is a rugged drive for ATV enthusiasts. For climbers and outdoor lovers, it is a 20 minute drive to climbing in the Sinks Canyon area and less than an hour to Wild Iris climbing area. A 5-mile drive will take you into downtown Lander, which offers an award-winning breweries, unique shops to browse, and beautiful walks along the Popo Agie River.

Quiet cabin along the Wind River

This is a two bedroom one bath guest house located along the Wind River. This is a quiet location that will afford you the peace and quiet of staying in the country. Only a short drive to downtown Riverton. Hunters, fisherman and rodeo enthusiasts welcome. Note: There are horses and mules here on the property. I have antlers attached to the side of some of the out buildings. I also have no trespassing signs. If these things offend you, please don't request to stay here.

The BunkHouse

Have you been yearning for some peace and quiet? A get away from the daily grind! You will love staying at the Bunkhouse! There is lots of country charm at The Bunkhouse with both front and back decks, a fenced back yard for hanging out and your 4 legged friends can come too! An easy trip to town, or down the road to the Midvale Station for dinner if you prefer not to cook! It is also an easy drive to lots of great Wyoming activities and on the way to Yellowstone!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 2 beds, 1 fold out couch. Front sun room, back laundry, private bathroom separating two private bedrooms. Large living room, large, separate dining room space, and spacious kitchen. Private fenced back yard and front yard parking directly infront of house. There are two, 3 step porches to access the 1 level home. We keep things simple, and know you will find peace and comfort at this lovely property. Welcome!

North Fork Cottage

This is the spot for relaxing after a day of activities near Lander, WY. Enjoy views of the Wind River Range from the porch, catch a beautiful sunset, or stroll around the 3-acre property. There is private and public river access available from the property. Feel free to use the barbecue grill or fire-pit near the river. There is one other listing on the property and the hosts are nearby if you should need assistance. We hope you enjoy your time at the cottage!

Close to Main Street and walking-distance to all the restaurants, shops, and grocery stores, this is the perfect spot for a home base.
