Recently renovated, 2 bedroom apartment with a private south facing garden in central Chamonix, opposite the Aiguille du midi lift station. Perfect spot with no car needed. Walking distance to all amenities, but also quiet. Located on a side street with private sunny garden to enjoy during the summer. Fully equipped including dishwasher, washing machine and fast WIFI. Perfect for couples, friends or a family. Large smart TV to access Netflix with French freeview, and a DVD played also provided.

Cette ancienne ferme datant de 1800 peut loger confortablement 10 personnes sur 2 niveaux et 150m² habitables. Ce chalet comprend 5 chambres , 2 salles de douche et 2 toilettes séparées. Il se situe aux Villards sur Thônes , à 900 m d'altitude, à égale distance de la Clusaz et du Grand Bornand et proche de Annecy. Une rénovation complète en 2018 a été réalisée en conservant l'esprit d'authenticité qui marque ce type d'habitat . Le chalet n'est pas adapté aux Personnes à Mobilité Réduite.

Rent apartment departure and return skis on the foot recently renovated. Studio cabin 4 people, south esxposition. Ideally located in the district of Fontanettes, you will have business (bakery, restaurant, ski rental and ski lifts). A free shuttle is also available to go to the croisette and / or heather (less than 10 min walk). Access and return of the ski area directly by the slope in front of the apartment (Slope of the boyes).

Mon logement est parfait pour les couples et les familles (avec enfants). Super chalet indépendant. Draps, linge de toilette et de maison fourni Avec déco très rustique, tout en ayant un grand confort. Il forme le dernier étage d’une maison individuelle, et est totalement indépendant. Le ménage est en option pour 80 € Un chèque de caution vous sera demandé à votre arrivée.
