This position gives you easy access to the north and south coasts of Cornwall and The Eden Project is just 10 minutes drive away. Moorland walks and stunning lakes are all within close vicinity and both the North & South coasts are within a 30-40minute drive. The A30 & A38 are also easily accessible via car from the property.

Cosy foxglove cabin: Hot tub firebowl dog friendly

Our foxglove cabin is set in the middle of 620 acre’s of woodland. Mountain bike trails, walking and streams, great for dog owners and nature lovers.Your own hot tub 24 hrs a day, have a bbq on the firebowl or cosy up inside by the wood burning stove. Set 20 mins from north coast and 20 mins from south coast, this is perfect location for exploring cornwall. Separate bedroom, full cooking facilities, private decking area, hot tub, fire bowl/ bbq. The perfect place to un-wind and relax in nature.

The Piggery cottage dog friendly central location

The Piggery is a lovely, cosy holiday cottage which is equipped to a high standard. There is adjacent parking and a private seating area outside. Free WiFi is available as well as Freeview TV. The location is peaceful and rural with the added bonus of easy access to the North and South coast, the A30 just 2 miles away. Visitor attractions in the local area includeThe Eden Project, Heligan Gardens, Bodmin Jail and the Port of Charlestown. A maximum of two small dogs are welcome free of charge.

Locals bus routes to most of Cornwall and a short distance to Bodmin Parkway train station. Plenty of parking Short walk into Bodmin town with plenty of local pubs and restaurants.

The Annex is a private, self contained space adjoined to the rear of our house. It has it's own parking space, a small double bed (190cm length bed wall to wall), shower room and private outdoor seating area. The main train line is 5 minutes walk from The Annex and makes Lostwithiel easy to get to for exploring Cornwall’s beautiful sights. Lostwithiel also has a selection of pubs, a restaurant, Indian and Chinese takeaways, shops, riverside and woodland walks all within walking distance.

Rural Barn Conversion, Boconnoc, Lostwithiel

Set on the edge of Boconnoc Estate and the outskirts of Lostwithiel you will find our large 1 bedroom converted barn. We are quite centrally located in Cornwall. South coast beaches can be found 5 miles away with the north coast being around 20 miles away. You will find so many things to do including walking, sightseeing, fishing, visiting many types of attractions. We offer a warm welcome and as much or as little interaction as you prefer. You will find yourself surrounded by nature.

Our luxury glamping pod is set in our own back garden overlooking the beautiful Camel Valley. We are two minutes from the famous Camel trail, perfect for cyclists and walkers. You can walk to the Renowned Camel Valley vineyard and a lovely pub along the trail,or cycle to the famous harbour town of Padstow.Guests can make use of the honesty bar & Hot tub .We can hire electric bikes or provide storage for your own bikes We can provide a breakfast /hamper/cream tea at a small extra cost.

Unique and perfectly situated coastal retreat

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

The Hay Loft is the first floor of a 1850’s Coach House and Stables. The whole interior measures approximately 16m x 5m. Fully self contained, the apartment is very spacious and can accommodate 2 people comfortably. King Size bed, linen included. Lounge area, 32” Freesat TV. Dining Table & chairs.
