Cabin is located about 45min drive from Rovaniemi. The cabin gives guests a peek into local lifestyle and offers authentic cabin experience

Lapland cabin by a lake

This small, traditional, Lappish log cabin is located right at lake Norvajärvi , only some steps to the water (or ice in winter). Enjoy the lake view and forest around you, immerse to the nature and its sounds and smells, marvel the northern lights and cosy up by the open fire. Cabin has electricity but no running water. We bring drinking water in containers and washing water to sauna is taken from the sweet water lake. We are 20km from Rovaniemi city, apprx 30min drive -with no street lights.

Rokovan Helmi - Natural peace in Ruka-Kuusamo

Surrounded by clean and quiet nature, Rokovan Helmi is a perfect hideaway for a group of 2 to 4. The cabin is built in 2019 and is designed by a local company Kuusamo Log Houses. It's a perfect fit for people who love their own peace in a modern environment, yet want all the services to be close at the same time. The cabin is a 6 minute car ride from the nearest East Ruka ski lifts and a 12 minute car ride from Ruka village services. Ski, snowmobil and outdoor trails can be found right nearby.

Eräelämys Lapissa! Täällä voit lämmittää ruokaa tulilla ja saunoa puusaunassa. Saunamökki rauhallisella paikalla, noin 25 kilometriä Rovaniemeltä. Sijaitsee toisen mökin pihapiirissä. Saunamökin kuistilta näkymä metsään päin. Vesijohtoa ei ole, vesiastiat ovat täytettynä tullessasi. Tilava sauna. Grillikota käytössäsi (noin 50 metriä mökistä). Our luxury is peace and quiet under the starry sky and northern lights. You can get there by car, but you don't have to see anyone during your entire stay if you don't want to, but you're still only about 45 minutes from the city center. We are sure that you will fall in love with our peaceful cabin in the middle of snow and northern lights. The cottage is always warm when you arrive, and we will take care of you throughout your stay as if you were our friends.
