During the summer an attic room with a double bed is also in use. Use of a rowing boat, an Indian canoe and 2 stand-up paddleboards & use of the grillhut & firewood are included in the rent. This small, traditional, Lappish, log cabin is located right at lake Norvajärvi shore, only some steps to the water or ice. Enjoy the lake view and forest around you, immerse to the nature and its sounds and smells and marvel the northern lights and cosy up by the open fire. Cabin has electricity but no running water. We bring drinking water in containers and washing water to sauna is taken from the sweet water lake. We are 20km from Rovaniemi city, apprx 30min drive with no street lights.

Tervetuloa Piilopirttiin, tunnelmalliseen hirsimökkiin Napapiirillä, Kemijärven rannalla, vain 7 km päässä Suomutunturista. Mökki sijaitsee isolla tontilla ja siitä on avarat näkymät järvelle ja vaaramaisemiin. Kylältä pääsee lossilla upealle hiekkarannalle. Hiihtolatujen lähtöpiste on 2 km:n päässä, mutta pihalta voi lähteä suoraan järven jäälle hiihtämään. Kalastajalle Kemijärvi tarjoaa runsaita saaliita. Hillat, mustikat ja puolukat aivan mökin nurkalla odottavat poimijoita.
