Alakerrassa tilava oleskelutila jossa takka sekä tv, kaksi makuuhuonetta ja wc. Suurista ikkunoista avautuu upeat maisemat talvella tykkypuineen ja kesällä kauniiseen metsään korkealta tunturista.

Villa Biegga on korkeatasoinen lomahuvila upeassa Pallaksen tunturimaisemassa. Se tarjoaa hienot puitteet viihtyisään loma-asumiseen läpi vuoden. Huvilan suunnittelussa on kiinnitetty erityistä huomiota ulkona aukeavaan maisemaan. Villa Bieggassa on kaksi kahden hengen makuuhuonetta sekä tilava parvi. Kotimme on uusi omakotitalo Kemijoen rannalla, 12 km Rovaniemeltä Kemin suuntaan. Talo on luonnonkauniilla, rauhallisella alueella. Kodissamme on kaikki nykyaikaiset tilat ja laitteet, automaattinen lämmitys ja ilmastointi. Sauna, kylpyhuone ja WC, ilmainen WIFI, pyykinpesu/kuivauskone, astianpesukone, induktioliesi/uuni, takka jne. Avoin terassi Kemijoen suuntaan. Kotimme on suurenmoinen erityisesti lapsiperheille. Tilava ja rauhallinen piha antaa lapsille mahdollisuuden ulkoiluun.

Villa Snow is located next to pure nature and fresh water. From the living room you have views to the lake and if you get lucky you can see the aurora borealis. The villa has three bedrooms and can accommodate up to eight people. The villa has own sauna and jacuzzi. You can enjoy those privately with your own group. Free parking with electric for car heater. acces to washing machine and dryer. acces to garden with fireplace + gasgrill. living room 10,7 m2 Bed room 7,6 m2 Bathroom 3,3 m2 Total area 21,6 m2 It is located 3 km from city center, close to bus stop for local bus. I speak only English and Swedish.
