We are excited to share with you our renovated garage studio apartment. Once an old garage, this unique space shows off the brick exterior walls and the old heat system and all of its metal piping. Brand new kitchen, equipped with a full size oven, fridge and dishwasher. Pots, pans, cookware, and dishes are all provided. Cozy up by the gas fireplace. The bed is a queen size memory foam mattress. There is a loading zone next to it. Parking for the building is all street parking around the area.

You'll enjoy a main and lower level end unit townhouse with 3 beds, 2 full baths, wood burning stove with easy access to University of Wyoming, War Memorial Stadium (walking distance), Ivinson Hospital, all the outdoor activities you can imagine, a variety of good eats, and shopping along with easy access to I-80 from this location. Enjoy a wonderful stay at a full equipped yurt overlooking the historic Chris Klein reservoir. Located on one of Albany County's first ranches. Experience country charm and beauty located only 8 minutes from downtown Laramie. The yurt features a modern bathroom with shower, kitchen, studio living space and wood stove. Enjoy the sights and sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Pets are welcome and we include an additional charge of $20/pet/night to cover added cleaning costs.
