This sunny, fully furnished garden-level apartment in a quiet neighborhood is close to everything. You're an easy walk to the University of Wyoming campus, stadium, Arena Auditorium, and the dorms. Fast and sit down restaurants, movies, and our town's prettiest park (1 block) are close by. Laramie is proud of its western roots and the art, music and cultural events it hosts. Our little town makes the perfect home base for exploring the Rocky Mountain Region's rich recreational activities.

The Comfy Townie

You'll enjoy a main and lower level end unit townhouse with 3 beds, 2 full baths, wood burning stove with easy access to University of Wyoming, War Memorial Stadium (walking distance), Ivinson Hospital, all the outdoor activities you can imagine, a variety of good eats, and shopping along with easy access to I-80 from this location. For our returning guests enjoy the comfy experience you have come to love. (Newly Installed High efficiency Furnace to keep you extra cozy in the winter months)

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. The house has wifi and a smart TV. It has three bedrooms with queen-sized beds. We have luggage racks in the closets. A nice, roomy kitchen with lots of extra kitchen necessities, such as a coffee bar, a cocktail bar, cookie sheets, and pots and pans, to fulfill your kitchen needs. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. As well as a nice back porch with a barbecue and a heater for those chilly Wyoming nights.

Has its own entrance through the garage and a full laundry room. Plenty of parking. It is a basement garden level w/ apt. above.

Laradise Guest House

Welcome to The Laradise Guest House! This modern, top-level retreat offers a private entrance thoughtfully designed layout perfect for families, groups, or business travelers. The space features 4 comfortable bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire upper level of the home, ensuring privacy and convenience. Please note that there are tenants living in the lower level, but they have a completely separate entrance, and there are no shared indoor spaces.
