We offer a peaceful respite from everyday life. Park your car for the weekend, and enjoy yourself. The bed is big and luscious. The bathroom is ample. There's a private dressing area, a zoom room, a courtyard for dining, and an additional dedicated seating area in a sun-spangled exotic garden. We are in walking distance from 32 wine tasting rooms, 3 vineyards, and 3 good restaurants. FYI: We use unscented cleaning products and the suite is always pet-free ( our sensitive guests need to know).

Magnolia Cottage in Central Coast Wine Country!

The Magnolia Cottage is a well appointed one bedroom apartment, located in the Central Coast Wine Country on Highway 1. Situated in the manicured gardens of Lompoc founder William Broughton's historic 1879 Victorian, the Magnolia Cottage offers a comfy Queen bed, a fully stocked kitchen, stacked washer/dryer, WiFi and TV. Nearby attractions include La Purisima Mission,the Wine Ghetto, Solvang, Santa Barbara, beaches and many wineries. Two triplexes with six renters are also on property.

Come settle in to the Cozy "BEE" Cottage located in beautiful Santa Ynez. Situated on a quaint dirt cul-de-sac walking distance to downtown. You will be greeted with a rose covered trellis entry gate and spacious fully enclosed yard for your furry family member. Studio feels much larger than it's 500 sq ft. but retains a warm and cozy feel. Short walk into the town of Santa Ynez or a 5-10 minute drive to all of the other lovely towns in the valley, Solvang/Los Olivos/Balllard/Buellton.

Centrally located within the Santa Ynez Valley. Visit Los Olivos for wine tasting, Santa Ynez for a contemporary take on an old western town, or Solvang for a tour of California's little Denmark. This 520 square foot studio apartment is very private and has all the amenities you will need to enjoy your stay in our peaceful town. Walk to the grocery store or hop in your car for a quick drive to wineries. Stay and enjoy the fully equipped kitchen or have an outdoor BBQ under the pergola.

Bunkhouse - Cozy Rustic Retreat

Stay in a rustic ranch bunkhouse, a true country getaway. This log cabin has a tin roof and expansive views of wine country and farm land. Stroll the property to visit livestock (goats, alpacas, chickens, etc) and take a short drive to the best vineyards. We are right over the hill from some of the best wine in the valley: Brickbarn, Dierberg- Star Lane, Melville, Foley, Alma Rosa, etc. We are also close to Industrial Eats, Firestone, The Hitching Post, and The Tavern at Zaca Creek.

A charming large cottage located in the heart of the Santa Ynez Valley on a working horse breeding farm. Only 2 miles from downtown Solvang, this adorable 2 bedroom house has a large bedroom suite with a cal king bed , a second bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bathroom, fully stocked kitchen and 2 sitting areas. Enjoy a glass of wine on the patio while BBQing. Very centrally located near a myriad of top restaurants, wine tasting, and tons of shopping.

Our home is located behind Santa Ynez High School. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood. Our neighbors have farm animals so you can hear roosters, goats and our chickens we have in the back. The back of our home has 1 acre of Sangiovese grape that is harvested in October. The 1 bedroom apartment is attached to our home. It has a parking on our driveway, private entrance, living room, kitchen, bathroom/shower and a bedroom and full size bed.

Our two-bedroom, two-bath cottage has our CCOF certified organic Syrah vines as a backyard and its own private bocce ball court. Enjoy the setting of our vineyard right out the french doors or from the upstairs deck. A short stroll or ride on our complimentary bikes will take you to the heart of the historic charming town of Los Olivos.
