Tucked away inside the adobe walls, this cute casita has a new bathroom, kitchenette with microwave, coffee & tea station, sink, table & 2 chairs. Bedroom & living space are combined and include a comfy king bed, 2 side chairs & ottomans. *No TV, no stove* shared outdoor space includes a covered porch, patio, yard, pool and hot tub area (heated upon request)

We are less than 1 MILE from OLD MESILLA, located on a PEACEFUL RESIDENTIAL CUL de SAC.

Also included is a comfy futon which can fold out into an additional bed. It’s ideal for solo travelers, couples, or a small family. Enjoy a peaceful stay with all the comforts of home!

This unit includes private bed and bath, a personal massage chair, HUGE walk-in closet, mini-fridge, and microwave. Guests enjoy access to the seasonally indoor/outdoor gym, outdoor grill, shaded veranda, and more! The unit has a air conditioning but there were no thermostat controls for the unit. Central thermostat set at 72 degreed. There is a portable a/c unit is available for guest to use.
