If the buiding has over 400 years of history, it was still until then the residence of a famous former minister, MP, and campaign head of President Mitterrand, who also lived 20m away. Situated on a little street, quiet but close to everything, 6 min walk from the RER direct to airports or Versailles, 50m from a metro, and only 100m away from Notre-Dame. Appartement de 50m2 entièrement rénové, calme et lumineux, pouvant accueillir 4 personnes. Il est situé rue Saint-Jacques, l’une des plus anciennes rues de Paris, à deux pas du Jardin du Luxembourg, du Panthéon, de Notre-Dame et de la place d’Emily. En plein cœur de la ville, il donne sur deux cours intérieures. On y vit les fenêtres ouvertes avec tout le confort nécessaire. De nombreux bistrots, terrasses, petits commerces, boutiques, salles de théâtre sont à proximité...
