03 Cute & Cozy Studio on Beachfront Property

Our studio is a part of beach front property (you will NOT need to cross a street to get to the beach). The space is cute and cozy for a single traveler or a couple. It has it's own private entrance, kitchenette, fridge, murphy bed (full), 1 parking spot, and WIFI. We are about 30 minutes to FLL airport, seconds to the beach, and about 2 minutes from local restaurants in the area (7 minute walk). We provide all your basic necessities including beach towels and chairs for your time on the sand.

Lovely beach studio well decorated perfect for single/couple. It has a partial ocean view. No balcony. It’s right on the beach! Its located @ beach resort @ the Ft Lauderdale beach / Lauderdale by the Sea and besides the sandy beautiful beach offers pool, tiki bar, restaurant, coffee shop, hair salon, water sports rentals next door and shops, supermarket at walking distance. All hotel amenities available. Resort offers parking for $18 a day and guests must be at least 23 years old to rent.

The apartment features a king-size bed, in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, and provides one set of towels per guest, along with beach towels and chairs. Stay connected with high-speed internet and a smart TV. Please Note: A $25 /day pool fee applies from November 1st to April 30th. one small dog( up to 15 Ib) is allowed, extra charge for shedding dogs.

Bermuda Blue is a modern, retreat in the heart of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea, a small walkable beach town known for its restaurants, shopping, wide beach, diving & snorkeling. We are 1 block from the beach & fishing pier, and half a block from the town center, restaurants, Ice cream, bars w. live music and shops. We have four modern rental 1/1 apartments, all similar in size, design and layout. Location: 1 block S.of Comm. blvd. on E. side of Ocean Dr. (across from Walgreen)
