A little piece of heaven

A little piece of Heaven is what my dad always called it! The basement has been turned into a nice, private living area created for fishermen, guest visiting our Fame recording studio or the ultimate family vacation. If you have a little one we can also furnish a crib, high chair and possibly other necessities you may need to make your trip a little lighter! You have your own deck halfway to the water and full access to the pier. Also provide as many life jackets that you may need. Steenson Hollow marina and boat ramp is located 2 doors down for easy access for the boaters. Cleats, bumpers and ladders are also located on the pier. For history lovers Wilson Dam is just right around the corner, which is also a great place to pick up some gorgeous driftwood. We guarantee you will love it as much as we do!

This quaint upstairs unit sits right across the street from the Downtown Florence Library and just a couple blocks away from all the action in downtown Florence and a 5 minute walk to the UNA campus. Please note one private, secure unit is the upstairs and the 2nd private, secure unit is the downstairs. Private entrances. You are going to love being able to walk to every place in downtown Florence. The house is next to all the action, but yet still in a peaceful setting.

Peaceful country setting, just 3 miles from downtown Rogersville . Close to several boat launches plenty of space to park with boat or trailer. Joe wheeler state park is 7 miles away. You can sit on the side deck, watch the horses eat, and listen to the frogs at night. A short walk across the field and you can be fishing in Plato Branch. Cozy cabin with two queen beds. One private bedroom, second bed in the Loft. Pets are allowed with approval and $50 fee. See notes.
