This home is located in a very quiet, gated community on the water! This cozy home features a covered patio with views of the lake with private dock for catch-&-release fishing or stargazing under the desert sky. As the sun sets, gather around the bonfire and soak in the sounds of nature. 1 Bedroom Riverfront Guest House with Dock.

Enjoy fantastic views and comfortable surroundings. This is the lower level guest house of our riverfront vacation home. It has a private entrance with access to the boat dock. Enjoy river and mountain views from the living room, full kitchen and patio. Bring your jet skis and fishing poles we are on the deep part of the river. The dock and patio are shared with the main house. Main house is not a rental. The space is not kid friendly.

Perfect home and location!!! Clean, spacious with ample parking for boats, trailers all fenced in. Launching just few blocks from here. Private dock. Close to restaurants, grocery, gas and even the casinos. Our home has perfect views inside and out with a large, covered patio with BBQ. Have fun on our beach, swim, fish of the dock or play on the large grass area. Or just relax and enjoy the scenery. Fun for the whole family!!!
