Beautiful Ski in/out loft! Free shuttle to resort during ski season. Enjoy hot tub/ sauna during winter. You can store your skis at the heated locker downstairs. During summer you can enjoy outdoor swimming pools, hot tub, tennis courts, shooting range, playground, restaurants, hiking, biking, golf, fishing, etc. Check 7Springs website for more info. Easy walk to everything: grocery store, restaurants, sports bar, pharmacy, shops, library, YMCA. You have the entire space to yourself. This is a LARGE 1 ROOM studio apartment in my home. Total privacy and separate entrance. The two beds are: 1 Queen bed and 1 sofa that can be used as a full size bed. NOTE: you may hear foot traffic above.

Very central. By car less than 10 minutes to downtown, or to Heinz (Acrisure) stadium. 10 minutes on foot to Frick Park, East End Food co-op, Nancy's Diner, Walgreens, GetGo gas station. Great outdoor space to relax and barbecue Not close to noisy night life, or loud highways.

If the bathtub isn't enough for you there is a hot tub located in the light well 1 floor down from the loft. Our other AirB&B is a Plus.

Beautiful apartment with a premium king bed and a day bed with two twin beds. 65” smart tv in the living space and a motorized fold down 43” smart tv in the bed space. This loft sits above one of the best pizza and pubs in the area!
