Clean private walkout basement apartment with private bedroom (queen bed); plus folding twin bed for third guest, private full bathroom; kitchenette equipped with a fridge, Keurig coffee maker, cook-top, boiler, microwave, and toaster; spacious living room with fireplace equipped with TV (Netflix) and free WiFi. Dining table with two chairs. Basic kitchen utensils and silverware. Workspace: desk, swivel chair. The entrance path is sloping, may be difficult for guests with mobility challenges.

We welcome you to a spacious and private basement apartment with its own entrance and self check-in. Get cozy with your guests in a space that has a bedroom with a king-size bed, an 85-inch smart TV, soft sectional , private toilet, bathroom and kitchenet, all in the same space. None of the amenities are shared. The fully-equipped kitchenet has everything you'll need to cook and warm your meals. Guest suite is the entire basement apartment which is a part of a bigger home where host lives.

Secluded acre near BWI and Baltimore

Secluded suburban acre 8 minutes from BWI Airport, 15 minutes from Baltimore's Inner Harbor and from Fort Meade, and 45 minutes from Washington DC. Private house attached to host house has 1220 square feet of cozy comfort--4 times the size of a hotel room! House includes 2 bedrooms (one queen, one double), 1.5 baths, living room, foyer, dining room, full kitchen, and washer/dryer. The one-acre lot has hundreds of trees and is great for pets. Level 2 charging station is good for all EVs.

Silver Spring Little Oasis - near DC/private

Ideal location to see all the sites in our nation's capital. Conveniently located one mile from two Metro stops. If you're in town for work or to see family, go to a show or simply to explore, this is a great place to rest your feet. Walk to Silver Spring and Takoma Park for neighborhoods. The space is the lower level of a 1920s bungalow. I live upstairs - you have your own entrance with a private bathroom, bedroom, sitting area and patio. Open to COVID 19 Responders. Entire basement only not the entire house. A basement apartment recently renovated with 2 bedrooms, luxurious full bathroom, powder room, full kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry in the unit, private entrance, private parking (max 2 cars). Host lives upstairs with 1 dog (labradoodle). Everything in the basement is not shared with the host. Pets allowed with $75/trip fee, no fee for service dogs (Note: emotional support animals are pets) 0.5 mile from I-95, 20 minutes from BWI airport.

Home away from home

This is a small house with private parking close to Baltimore and Annapolis. I have one queen size Murphy bed, one single pull out couch. It has an updated kitchen, updated bathroom, walk-in closet, Internet and heating and cooling. I also have a pellet stove. my kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, knives, forks, pots and pans. The bathroom has towels and rugs. I tried to add all the amenities to make it as comfortable as home. Look at pet rules under the other things to note section.
