Situé dans le quartier Ville-Marie, il est à 3 minutes du métro (10 minutes du centre-ville), des espaces verts (Parc Maisonneuve et Lafontaine), du parc Olympique et des quartiers vivants de la metropole. Cuisine équipée d’un micro-onde et réfrigérateur, douche, téléviseur et plus. Parfait pour les séjours de courte ou moyenne durée. Le studio se trouve à 20 minutes de Montréal. Il est situé dans un nouveau quartier paisible à deux pas de la Route Verte, piste cyclable traversant le Canada. Vous apprécierez le studio pour son grand confort, son look moderne et la piscine creusée extérieure mise à votre disposition (non exclusive puisque partagée avec nous, les propriétaires). Ce logement est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo et les voyageurs d'affaires. Ne convient pas aux fêtes, ni aux réunions d'amis.

The place also has a larger outdoor parking to offer and it is suit to be family friendly with high chair + crib available on request.

Il est équipé par thermopompe murale, table de cuisson à induction mobile, petit four en acier inoxydable, plancher chauffant, détecteur d'humidité, smart TV(Bell) etc. Le est queen. Laveuse et sécheuse sont partagées. Rénovation complétée en janvier 2023. Les meubles sont de 2023. Plusieurs commerces accessibles à pied.

Located on chemin des Patriotes in a century-old home. Bordered by a stream and a wooded area, the nature in the area will enchant you. Close to the region's attractions, such as the apples, Mont St-Hilaire, Manoir Rouville Campbell and only 30 minutes from Montreal. You will appreciate my accommodation for the ambience, the outdoor space, the lighting and the comfortable bed. My accommodation is perfect for couples, single travelers and business travelers.

Nestled in the Old Port of Montreal, this loft has been designed with love. We carefully chose locally sourced furniture pieces, as well as iconic designer lounge chairs. This loft has its own aquarium style private terrace with firepit, perfect for a relaxing and serene stay. Two workspace areas are nestled on the library wall, perfect for work from home. The space has 2 King bedrooms, with an elevated 3rd bedroom overlooking the beautiful living space.

Small cozy apartment in the heart of mile end, Montreal's best neighbourhood. The apartment is steps away from the famous Fairmount Bagels as well as Wilensky's and endless coffee shops and restaurants. Your stay will include fresh bagels in the morning and you have to try our city famous gnocchi's for lunch (which we home make in the building next door). CITQ : 298715
