Great location! Located in a quiet neighbourhood in downtown Dartmouth. Close to the ferry, bridge, bus terminal, playgrounds, Sportsplex, grocery and drug stores, liquor store, bars and restaurants. It is a fully furnished two floor, two bedroom, one bathroom flat. This is the upper level of a duplex. There is one queen size bed in the master bedroom, single bed (can be changed to queen sized bed) in the second bedroom and sofa bed. All brand new appliances. One parking spot in the driveway.

Next to a major bus terminal, and a short walk to many shops/cafes/pubs/restaurants. Comfortable furniture and nice cotton sheets. Prime TV and other Roku channels on the TV.
