En immersion dans la nature, nous vous promettons de passer un séjour inoubliable. Toute équipée, cette petite maison répondra à tous vos besoins. Les 60h du Parc offre 1h30 de promenade où vous découvrirez ses arbres remarquables, ses animaux son étang de pêche et de nombreuses autres surprises que vous n'êtes pas prêts d'oublier. Surrounded by 'green' and nature. Looking for peace and quiet and a sense of isolation in a charming, modernised house 'SERENDIPITÉ' is for you. Situated on a rural lane officially known as 'LE MARAIS DE ROUELLÉ' it is the last house in the village and the first on an ancient countryside trail, dating back to the 11th century. Standing alone on the lane with a large, semi-circular, ornate front garden a couple of strides away with a larger garden at the rear. Comfortable, cosy and welcoming.

Cute little house in the town

Relax at this unique and cute little house. Situated in the town yet still in a peaceful location with lovely views from the garden. A very short walk to all the local amenities including a bakery, bar, restaurant and pharmacy. There is also clog museum situated next door if you want to make your own wooden shoes. Turn left out the house and you are on a nice country walk. The lake is a short walk away with childrens park and fishing. Parking next to the house in front of the mini golf.

The 17th Century Manor House

Set in the picturesque village of Villechien within easy reach of the market towns of Mortain and Saint Hilaire Du Harcouet. This charming Manoir was built in 1743 and has been sympathetically renovated, still retaining many of the original features. The charming accommodation is available for bookings up to 4 people. A breakfast basket can be ordered and dropped in for the morning at an additional cost. Please let us know before arrival if you would like details.
