We are just north of downtown Houston and 1/2 mile (4 min) away from White Oak Music Hall. Ride shares are never more than a few minutes away. There is free on-site parking with a private driveway secured with an automatic gate. The Metro light-rail is only 2 blocks away and provides direct access to U of H Downtown, Downtown, Midtown, Medical Center, NRG Stadium, and more. We offer comfortable outdoor furniture with fire pits & lighting. A griddle, grill, and pellet smoker are all available.

Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or even as a family our peaceful guest house is ready for your stay. The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. Comes with private parking, private dock, an outdoor gas and charcoal grill and Wi-Fi. Kayaks available to rent. Fishing allowed.

There is TV with WIFI and internet, a ductless HVAC system and a large 100'x 125' lot This cottage is very suitable for work away from home environment. A separate table and 2 office chairs are available for a work area that can be closed off from the rest of the house during the day.
