We are located 5 miles NW of downtown Traverse City, nestled in the middle of wine country (the closest winery is 4 minutes away (Brengman Brothers), the TART trail is a block away, we are just minutes from Grand Traverse Bay Beaches, and about 25 minutes to Fishtown or Sleeping Bear Dunes.

Stay at our classic, tiny log cabin from the 1940s. Originally the front office for the log cabin retreats on Glen Lake, more recently this was 'Grandpa's Little Cabin', providing decades of family memories. Located across from Old Settler's Park, it is situated in a beautiful, woodsy surrounding, with the benefits of the park's dock access and sunset views. Located just a short drive from Glen Arbor, The Dunes and all that Leelanau offers. Come see Up North as it was originally intended.

This charming, fully renovated tiny cottage on West Grand Traverse Bay, offers breathtaking water views and your own private deck/balcony. It sleeps up to four guests with a queen-size bed and queen-size sofa bed. There is a full kitchen and a modern bathroom with a step-in shower. Step outside to enjoy the propane grill (propane provided) for relaxed outdoor dining. Guests also have access to a shared beach area with sun loungers and a shared patio featuring a fire pit—firewood included.

One main-floor bedroom, a second-story loft bedroom, one bathroom, and an intimate living and kitchen space make up the Forest Cabin.

Newly Renovated Cozy Modern Cottage. This home is right on the TART Trail. Guests can bike to Traverse City or Suttons Bay. We are 1 mile from West Bay and 1.5 miles from a public beach. This cottage is less than 1 mile from Cedar Lake public boat launch-we allow watercraft parking. We are near wineries and breweries. After a day of activity,come grill at the house and have a bonfire. In the fall, warm up near the fireplace. Enjoy Up North and make memories here.
