Opposite the kitchen wall is a room used by the family to exercise or watch movies. The hot tub is not for guests use.

The Pickleball Manor

Our cozy 1,400 sq.ft suite, at the foot of the Wasatch Mountain range, is excellent for business travel, vacations, and exploring the magnificent great outdoors of Utah. We also have all things pickleball! We have 2 courts with lights and over 200 demo paddles four gusts to use. This full apartment basement suite is beneath the main floor of our home. We do have young children however, we do our best to ensure guests enjoy a peaceful stay and guarantee quiet hours from 10pm-7am.

This is the place to bring the family together. Hanging out in the large living room/kitchen, movie night on the 82" 4K TV, cool summer nights on the deck with amazing views of the city, a shared HOT TUB and so much more! We spared no expense in making this the most comfortable, well-appointed space in the area, and we are excited to host you here in beautiful Draper! Only 4 min from the freeway and so many unique attractions nearby, all year round!

You will love the comfortable beds with soft pillows, the comfy couch and nice finishes. Kitchen has basic utensils, dishes, microwave and coffee maker. There is a 60" tv with cable, Apple TV, Netflix and free movies on demand. There is a pickleball court and hot tub and we are 10 minutes from American Fork Canyon, 15 minutes from I-15 and about 35 minutes from downtown Salt Lake if traffic is light. Close to stores and the beautiful outdoors.
