Recently renovated comfortable house (64m2) at the water in the green heart of Holland, surrounded by windmills and cows right across the canal. Close to the main cities and the Kaag lakes: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Delft, Zandvoort, Keukenhof 30, Schiphol-airport 15, Leiden 10 mins by car. During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Not suitable for non-swimmers.

Onze B&B is voorzien van alle moderne faciliteiten zoals bijvoorbeeld een moderne keuken, Philips hue verlichting, smart TV en Quooker. De gezellige veranda is compleet met een luxe jacuzzi en houtkachel. De B&B met grote privétuin en vrij uitzicht is door een schutting volledig afgeschermd van de woonboerderij en alleen voor u als gast toegankelijk. Vanuit de Finse barrelsauna op het aangrenzende terras kijkt u uit over de pittoreske stadsweiden. Een heerlijk ontbijt naar wens is optioneel.

Bij mooi weer kunt u direct aan het water genieten van de ochtendzon met een vers kopje koffie. Tiny house "Petit Paradis" is rustig gelegen maar wel midden in het centrum van Leiden (oude stad) en biedt plaats aan max. 2 personen. Het ligt in het havengebied, vlakbij de passantenhaven, gezellige horeca en stadstuinen en stadsparken. Leiden staat bekend om zijn vele musea, maar zeker ook om het rijke watersportgebied in de omgeving, de prachtige grachten in en om de oude stad, de historische panden en de sfeer die een universiteitsstad met zich meebrengt.
