Welcome to my beautiful, tranquil and spacious flat in the heart of Leith. My apartment is newly decorated and fully stocked with everything you will need for your stay. It has been designed and curated to include all my favourite things for you to enjoy! A 10 minute walk to central Edinburgh, and a 2 minute walk from the tram stop, the flat is well connected. The neighbourhood itself is gorgeous, trendy and hip - with lots of independent restaurants, coffee and brunch spots you can explore.

Parking charges Mon-Fri 8:30 - 17:30 Trams stop a five minute walk. Will take you to most places in Edinburgh (including airport) One room will be locked but unoccupied. Our beautiful, sun filled, cosy apartment dates from the late 18th Century, and is situated on the historic Royal Mile which stretches from Edinburgh Castle to The Palace of Holyrood. It is in an ideal location to explore our wonderful city. It is situated on the third floor and on one side has superb views of the Edinburgh landscape such as Calton Hill with its eclectic collection of monuments, on the other the Royal Mile itself - a great place to watch the pageantry at Festival time.

You’re perfectly placed halfway between the historic city centre and vibrant Leith, both an easy walk away. The Balfour Street tram stop is just 5 minutes on foot, with direct links to the airport.
