Airconditioning in upstairs kitchen/living /dining area and bedroom for summery days. The house is perfect for family groups and adults with multiple living and recreational areas. Ocean view from the deck where you can relax and enjoy a meal with family and friends. Two large inside living areas as well as the covered deck and pool area accommodate groups of people comfortably. The 18 metre pool with 2 metre deep swim out is suitable for lap swimming and water games. Off street parking available. Guests have access to entire house. Contact with hosts is available to offer recommendations if requested. The house is in the seaside town of Lennox Head. Walk to excellent restaurants and cafes, supermarkets, a health food store, bakery and surf shops. Nearby Lake Ainsworth is an ideal place for picnics and bush walking. Paddle board at the lake and in the ocean. Excellent surfing opportunities. Byron Bay is a 20-minute drive north. Ballina is a 10-minute drive south. Beach walks, swims in the ocean and whale watching between June and September are fabulous. Ballina/ Byron Airport is 15 minutes by car. Byron Bay is 20 minutes by car. 5 minute stroll to the village for restaurants and general facilities. 2 minute walk to beach and board walk. The ocean view from the covered deck is along 7 Mile Beach to Broken Head. Whale watching between May-September is breathtaking. Equipment for children's activities provided include bikes, body board, sand toys, snorkels and goggles. Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas supplied.

The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, spacious bedroom, modern bathroom and laundry, comfortable loungeroom and wrap around verandas to entertain on or while away a lazy afternoon. In most cases greeting you on arrival Walk just 2 minutes to reach pristine Shelly and Angel beaches, with many coffee and dining options also only a stone’s throw away. These include local hangout Belle General, The Surf Club by the water, and the coffee and food cart at Flat Rock. The Ballina Byron Gateway Airport is 10 minutes away so very accessible for fly in guests. Regular bus services to town, Byron Bay & Lennox with a bus stop only minutes away. Complimentary use of bikes is available to enjoy the numerous coastal bike & walking paths. A car is recommended to take full advantage of all the area has to offer. Walk just 2 minutes to reach pristine Shelly and Angel beaches, with many coffee and dining options also only a stone’s throw away. Created within our home, our guest space has a comfy Queen size bed, tiled bathroom & your own small courtyard; amenities include Aircon, TV, fridge, kettle, microwave & toaster (no kitchen) A short walk to the river swimming beaches & 5 minute drive to stunning ocean beaches. Ballina's main cafes, restaurants, shops & swimming pool just 10 min walk away. Access is through a private entrance (via a roller-door) to the lobby where the key safe is situated. Sea shells

You can have the ultimate summer holiday at the 'boat channel' in lennox head where you can hear the waves crashing on the shore when you go to sleep.The beach is out the back door where you can safely swim or snorkel, if your a surfer there’s no need for a car, the reef is a few minutes paddle away and the famous Lennox Point is a 10 minute walk along the picturesque track. Restaurants, Lennox Point Hotel and the Bowling club are a 5 minute walk away, Lake Ainsworth is a 15 minute walk away

Inspired by tiny homes all over the world, this 30m2 space has been architecturally designed to make you feel cosy and comfy at anytime of year. Enjoy a 30sec walk to the beach, local coffee or food, or snuggle up in front of the fireplace in those colder months. Suitable for a couple (sorry no kids) It’s a loft, so the bedroom area has ladder like steps and a low roof. But it all adds to the charm. Enjoy sitting in the tree tops and watching the world go by in our little beachside town.

Sunrise studio

Welcome to our Air conditioned downstairs studio in downtown Lennox. A short 5 minute stroll (no hills) to beach, shops and cafes. I should mention that you need to climb up 10 wooden steps to enter the studio. The studio has a Queen size bed, air conditioner,kitchen with 4 burner cooktop, microwave, bathroom, toilet, TV, WiFi, Netflix, laundry , bbq. Getaway in the Byron hinterlands

Enjoy sunset views over the Byron Bay hinterlands, yet only 13kms from the centre of Byron town. The cottage is fully self contained, with a luxurious 2-person 14 jet spa bath, fully stocked kitchen & BBQ, if you prefer to cook outside enjoying the sunset. The cottage has been purposefully set up for privacy & relaxation for those wishing not to do too much. And for those wishing to explore, the property has easy access to neighbouring towns such as, Mullumbimby, Bangalow, Brunswick Heads

Lennox Head is 20 minutes from Byron Bay and 15 minutes from Ballina Byron airport.
