We live where neighbors know and care for each other and where grandparents pass land on to their children and grandchildren. That heritage is evidenced by our beautiful local parks! Our town is a sort of traffic nucleus, with Charlotte approximately 1 hour to the east, Asheville less than 1 hour to the west, and Lenoir heading to Boone 20 minutes to the north. We are 5-20 minutes away from 5 hospitals which is perfect for traveling nurses and doctors. We want to add to your travel experience!

Kick back and relax in this Luxurious mountain contemporary home located in the poplar subdivision of Cross Creek Farms, Blowing Rock NC. This home sits on a 2 acre lot with plenty of privacy and has an abundance of windows allowing the sunlight shine through and for you to enjoy the beauty of the forest that surrounds you. This home features an open concept with vaulted living area, large kitchen, expansive bedroom with spa like bathroom. A short drive miles to either Boone or Blowing Rock.

Welcome to ‘Evergreen’! This picturesque home, in the Blue Ridge Mountains, is THREE MILES SOUTH of Historic Blowing Rock, North Carolina. Cabin has 2BR+1 LOFT BR, dining/den area, fully equipped kitchen. MBR-queen bed, Guest BR-bunk beds, LOFT BR-queen bed. 1 +1/2 baths. Porch with view! Cabin maximum is 5 persons. The $159/night charge is for 4 people. There is an extra charge of $10/night per person beyond 4. This 5 person limit includes any combination of adults, children and infants.

We are ten minutes from Appalachian Ski Mountain and two miles from downtown Boone with easy access to 321. This retreat is the perfect getaway for exploring all the High Country has to offer. Full workspace with Monitor. 1.5 hours from Charlotte. 45 Minutes to Boone and N. Wilkesboro. 1 hour to Asheville. 10 Minutes from GGL Datacenter. Free charging on our level 2 EV charger. Basement is being remodeled currently. Expect a 4 bed/3 bath house in the next couple of months.

Black Bear sits on 2 acres at the end of a winding gravel road, deep in the Forest, on the south side of Grandfather Mountain. It's convenient to many of the popular trails and creeks in the area, but it also backs up against some beautiful backcountry packed with creeks and waterfalls. If you're looking to escape the crowds, this is your spot.
