We would like to inform you about a recent change in Greek legislation regarding short-term rentals. The Greek government requires all guests staying in registered short-term accommodation to pay a Climate Crisis Resilience Fee, which is collected by the host and paid directly to the Greek tax authorities. For your stay, this fee is €8 per night, and is payable upon arrival or departure. In addition, Greek regulations require us to register some basic information for each guest. The Minoan palace of Faistos, the archeological site of Gortyna, the cave-graves of Matala are also only 10 minutes away.
