We’re 10 mins drive from Holmfirth and in easy reach of Leeds and Manchester. Explore our ancient woodland and country paths or relax at home to the sound of passing horses and church bells. A well-equipped kitchen with air fryer, induction hob and microwave offers home-from-home economy & convenience.

Relax in Mirfield on your own south facing balcony with lovely countryside views. This self contained 1 bedroom annexe with king size bed + seperate lounge with portable air con unit/fans, sofa bed, extra spare bedding , washing machine, dryer, WIFI , short walk (15 minutes) to beautiful river and canal path walks, farmshop or local high street. The owners have 2 cocker spaniels so dont mind clients bringing one well behaved pet on holiday too. Basic Breakfast supplies will be provided too.

Lovingly converted industrial building with rich history, in the Yorkshire village of Clayton West, on the edge of the Peak District National Park. The surrounding countryside is very peaceful and quiet. The flat is self-contained, with an entry hall with kitchen, a shower room with toilet and a bed-sitting room. Ideally situated for exploring the local trails on foot or bike, which give fantastic, far reaching views towards the Peak District and across the Pennines. Good food and hospitality are available at the village pub which is a two minute walk away.

The Cottage

Semi rural, yet close to amenities with easy access to the M1. New build cottage with privacy and fenced in patio area. Dogs welcome and walks are permitted around the fields but keep them in a lead please. Private parking. Yorkshire Sculpture park and mining museum close by. Smart TV with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime if you bring your own login details.
