Proche d’un magnifique cimetière arboré et de nombreux restaurants rue de Sevran et rue Saint Maur. Notez qu’il s’agit de l’appartement dans lequel je vis :)

Merci de noter que vous sejournez chez quelqu'un, ce n'est pas un appart-hôtel. Entrée autonome. Pas de wifi.

Il est très fonctionnel, lumineux et donne place a une grande pièce à vivre de 40 M2 avec une cuisine ouverte tout équipée (Lave vaisselle, machine à laver, four, micro-ondes ..) La chambre est munit d'un lit double queen size. Le salon donne sur rue et la chambre sur cour. Ce charmant deux pièces de 65 m2 est situé au pied du Père Lachaise et bénéficie de nombreux commerce de bouche et restaurants.
