Notre gîte La Marceline aménagé en 2020 se situe dans une maison indépendante orientée plein sud, ouverte sur un bel espace arboré, au coeur d'un petit village. La surface habitable de 60 m2 pour 2 personnes se compose notamment d'un espace cuisine-séjour très lumineux, d'une chambre avec salle de bain attenante. En face de la maison, un préau est à disposition ainsi qu'un parking. Pour vos courts ou plus longs séjours, de vacances ou professionnels, vous trouverez ici calme et confort!

Adorable stone house in historic village.

This idyllic French stone house can sleep up to five people. It has two bedrooms, a large living room with a woodburner, a fitted kitchen with a large dining table and two shower rooms, one on each floor. The rear bedroom has a balcony that overlooks the garden with a ruined abbey and the Charentaise countryside beyond. Outside there's a summer kitchen, a small terrace and a lawned garden. The village has a delightful cake shop, a popular restaurant, artisanal stores and a museum.

Maison confortable 5 à 6 personnes, au calme. Vous n’avez plus qu’à poser vos valises ! Située près des chemins de campagne pour de jolies balades à pied ou à vélo, vous pouvez vous détendre au plan d'eau des Gours surveillé en juillet/août, tout proche (10 mn à vélo, 5 mn en voiture). Rénové sans prétention il vous offrira un cadre chaleureux et reposant pour vos vacances en famille ou entre amis. Celui-ci est entièrement privé avec son jardin clos. Concernant le parking il se situe au pied de l'habitation et vous pouvez vous garer facilement.
