Di recente costruzione, al primo piano, con terrazza panoramica, gode di molteplici confort, all'interno di un residence privato di 4 unità con giardino di circa 4000 metri quadrati recintato. Il Residence Euriale è raggiungibile per mezzo di una strada non asfaltata di circa 1 km. Il Residence dispone di parcheggio privato gratuito. Godrete di un panorama mozzafiato che spazia sul fantastico Mare Egeo e Monte Athos.

SeaShell is a 75m`2 apartment at village Skala Maries on Thasos Island. Is in the centre of the village and 50-70m from the main beach. Also nearby at same distance there are SuperMarket, Restaurants, Pharmacy, Caffes. Parking space is for one car at house main entrance. There are 2 more beaches very close (150m -200m) accessible by foot. Both of our two balconies have Sea and Sunset view. This apartment is not available for parties. We available 24h/d for every info or serve you want.

You are going to enjoy the beautiful sunsets and if you are lucky, be able to watch the dolphins that pass by.
