Lil Lincoln

Gorgeous, serene environment with sights that amaze! The Lil Lincoln sits at an elevation of 9,560ft. and was originally built on the Western Slope of Colorado in the 50’s and was moved in 1965 to it’s current location near Woodland Park. The story behind the move was that a doctor moved his practice in 1959 to Woodland Park. He wanted his nurse to join him, she said she'd move if he moved her cabin. Well he did, and so did she.

Basement Bungalow

This house was originally an underground house built in the 40’s. Later on, in the 70’s, the family that previously owned it built a story and a half on top. They are two separate living spaces! The basement apartment has been completed remodeled and updated. There are some projects to be done but don’t worry, there won’t be any going on during your stay!

Fort Morgan is small, so you will be close to everything in town when you stay at this cozy basement suite. It has its own private driveway dedicated to the apartment and a private entrance. Six blocks to downtown and Legion Field, two blocks to Safeway, and 3 blocks to the laundromat.

Enjoy country living in wide open space. Come sit on the porch and soak up sunrise/sunsets. Stargaze the galaxies at night. Comfortable suite for you to enjoy rest, peace and quiet. In inclement weather a 4 WD vehicle is recommended on the 1-1/2 mile dirt road to our place.
