The Franklin’s Retreat

Our cozy vacation home nestled on a spacious 1acre lot with a lazy sloping yard, perfect for a relaxing getaway with the family and/or friends. This property boast a shallow to deep swimming area, great for children and adults alike, and is complete with a trampoline and swing set for endless hours of fun! Perrydise Lakehouse

Lakehouse on Lay Lake with the most amazing sunsets and year round water. There’s a MBR on the main floor with a large bathroom and jacuzzi tub. 3 king beds upstairs with full or twins in each room. 1 large full bath with 2 showers. 1 half bath with laundry room on main, plus an outdoor bathhouse. Shallow 3-4 ft water & private boat ramp and large pier. Big yard with a hammock. Big porch. Pool and ping pong tables, kayaks and paddle board. Swimming pool heated Mar-Oct. Spa heated year round.

Nivendale Cabin - at Riverview Campground

Our new hand crafted Nivendale cabin uses cedar, poplar, oak, pine and driftwood harvested from our 150+ acre lakefront property. The unique rustic mock treehouse design has a large raised deck with an outdoor tree trunk window seat. Set among massive shady trees, it is beautifully furnished. Guests can enjoy our large adjacent campground shoreline with a swimming pier, and boat launch and canoe use at no charge. Recently featured in our local paper, there is no cabin quite like this.

With 6 BRs & 4 baths, there is LOTS of room for your family. 3 BRs on 1 end of house for adults (with private deck off MBR). 3 on the other for kids. 3 decks, Gas grill, and a high end outdoor AV system (TWO 75" 4k TVs) w/speakers and a HOT TUB are some of the amenities that will put this vacation home on your list of favorites!

Our Bus has been featured in "Only In Your State Alabama" ! Unique? Original? Secluded? Triple check!A full sized bathroom and an extra tree house bedroom upstairs. Also plenty of lower and upper deck space that makes you feel like you are in the trees. A unique and creative build, that lets you be as close to nature as possible. You have a 1 acre wooded lot, that is completely secluded, all to yourselves. An experience you won't forget. There is no Wifi/ internet.

You won’t forget your time in this romantic, memorable place. . Enjoy 4 acres of seclusion adjacent to the Chief Ladiga trail and walking distance to the Pinhoti trail. The main level contains a fully appointed kitchen, half bath, and sleeper couch. Ascend the spiral stairs to the main bedroom with exposed beams and a rustic tin ceiling. Enjoy 3 decks and soak in the scenery or relax in the swinging bed or hottub and listen to the sounds of Little Terrapin Creek.

Brown's Creek Cottage - park up to 3 boat trailers

This lake view cottage is walking distance from Civitan Park, Brown's Creek launch, a Mexican restaurant and a grocery store. The driveway is accessible from the road and alley, which makes it ideal for parking up to three pick-up trucks with boat trailers. It has two TV's, one in the living room, and one in the master bedroom, plus high speed WiFi. The screened porch is furnished and provides a great spot to relax and enjoy our wonderful north Alabama evenings!
