This attractively designed studio provides comfortable and stylish accommodation for two. It is just five minutes' walk from the centre of Grange-over-Sands, an unspoiled Edwardian seaside town on the coast of Morecambe Bay, 20 minutes from the Lake District National Park. The Studio is the ideal base from which to visit the attractions, see the lovely sights and enjoy the activities that the area offers. Public transport into the Lakes is limited and a car is recommended for wider exploration.

Superb semi detached cottage with two bedrooms, large garden & private parking within the grounds just 2 miles from Cartmel & Newby Bridge at the South end of Lake Windermere. Granary Cottage has a EV charger for vehicle charging. Vehicle charging is charged at 50p per kwh unit. The dining room has great views with a pair of French doors in to the living room which has a large double sofa bed & another pair of doors in to the garden.. The master bedroom is en suite with a 2nd Jack & Jill door.

Located within the heart of the friendly village of Lindale, which has a local pub. Lindale offers spectacular views over the Levens valley and Howgill fells and is an ideal base for those enjoying walking, mountain biking or simply relaxing. Rock Cottage retains many original features such as flag floors, beams and exposed stone walls. The medieval village of Cartmel is a 15 minute walk away, via public footpath through the surrounding fields or country lanes. The Edwardian town of Grange is a 5 minute drive with plenty of amenities and a lovely promenade walk. The southern end of Lake Windermere is a 12 minute drive.

Built in 1827, this architectural gem, is nestled within 12 acres of private grounds featuring diverse woodland, gardens and an ornamental lake and bridge, just a few minutes drive from Windermere's shore, Cartmel’s world renown restaurants and the southern lakeland fells. The holiday let is situated in the west wing of the house with it’s own private garden, driveway, parking and entrance.
