Mitten in Köln-Nippes liegt unser schönes 40qm-Apartment im Erdgeschoss eines renovierten Drei-Fenster-Hauses. Gut geeignet für Köln-Besucher, privat oder geschäftlich. Vielfältige Gastromie und Shoppingmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe, ein Katzensprung zum Kölner Dom (3 Stationen), drei U-Bahnlinien (12, 13 & 15) in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Schlafmöglichkeiten für 3 Gäste sind vorhanden, 1.40m Bett im Schlafzimmer plus Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Wöchentliche Reinigung bei längerem Aufenthalt.

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und stilvoll eingerichtet und hat zwei großen Schlafzimmer mit Bad en Suite im Obergeschoß und einem großem Schlafzimmer im Basement mit separatem Bad. Im Wintergarten darf geraucht werden . Es gibt zwei Terrassen , eine mit Barbequebereich. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Induktionsherd , Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank sowie Kaffeemaschine. Das Haus hat ein Carport sowie weitere Parkplätze auf der Straße . Die Bahnstation ist zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus schnell erreichbar.

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation. It may not be big, but it's definitely enough to spend the night. Unfortunately, the hut is no longer up to date, so please don't expect any luxury 😉. Meticulous people won't be happy here, but individualists definitely will! Remember to bring earplugs, because I have 2 roosters on the property 😉
