A short walk to Mount Vic village and other great walks. You can take this opportunity to watch the bees work or hear the sounds of visiting wildlife. This is NON-SMOKING accommodation. Welcome to Ambermere House with eight bedrooms sleeping 18 people on 3 acres of land. It has 5 double rooms, a bunk room with 4 singles, and two rooms with another 2 singles. It is a beautiful 20 min drive to Katoomba, 12 min to Lithgow or 10 mins to Mount Victoria. There's a games room/pub, outdoor hot tub, three living areas, large covered outdoor trampoline & undercover BBQ area. There's an enclosed garden and sipping champagne under the stars in the hot tub at night is incredible.

Amazing views of Blue Mountains cliffs and farmland from one of two architect designed eco friendly cabins on our property. On 250 acres with opportunities to walk and horse ride (adjoining property). Now with outdoor firepit and seating. We choose not to provide free WiFi or even have general TV reception.... you can choose to unplug from the world (still 4G phone reception). There are 2 cabins close together. No pets under any circumstances. Penalties apply if you bring a pet.
