Recently refurbished, fully self-contained, one-bedroom annexe in large grounds in a beautiful, rural location at Hollybush in the foot of the Malvern Hills. The local countryside is great for walking, road or mountain biking. Within 10 minutes are the pretty market town of Ledbury, Eastnor Castle, and the wedding venue Birtsmorton Court. Great Malvern and the Three Counties Show-ground are 20 minutes and Cheltenham - home of the Gold Cup and literature and jazz festivals - is around 30 minutes.

Welcome to our self contained one bedroom annex complete with kitchen, shower room & living room. The bedroom & shower room are freshly decorated for 2026. Guests have a separate entrance which is separated by two doors from the main house. You are welcome to use the garden & bar-be-que and sit anywhere. We have a very friendly dog who generally stays away. We don’t charge extra cleaning fees to bump the price up, we just ask that you leave the annex tidy. Cot bed available to hire for £15

Cosy cottage in the Malverns

Recently renovated Kingsland Cottage, situated in the centre of Colwall village is perfect for a relaxing break at any time of the year. To the front there is an off road parking space and a self-contained garden. There are pubs and a cafe within walking distance and local walking trails start in the village. Great Malvern is 3 miles over the hill and the ancient town of Ledbury 5 miles in the other direction. Direct trains run from London to Colwall station, 5 minutes' walk from the cottage.

Wells Cottage, a house beside the Malvern Hills

ln lovely Malvern Wells with hill views, Wells Cottage is the perfect base for walkers, cyclists, or visitors to Great Malvern or the Three Counties Showground. The path up the Hills starts across the road; a short walk leads to Holy Well, the ancient spring which won Malvern its reputation for pure waters. Beyond that a shady zigzag leads to the ridge of the Hills, with views on all sides; from the Cotswolds to the Welsh mountains. They say on a clear day you can see fourteen counties.

It is lined with wood creating a warm and natural ambiance and it also has a wood burner. A compact, well equipped kitchen, living space, ground floor bathroom with power shower and WC. No. 8 is a ground floor apartment with its own entrance, private parking, and an elegant bedroom with a king sized bed. Right in the centre of Malvern, yet tucked away in it's own quiet and secluded grounds, with seating in our communal garden. No.8 is the perfect base for all that Malvern has to offer. You are 5 minutes walk to the Malvern Festival Theatre, Malvern Hills and the towns, bars, restaurants, and shops. The 3 Counties Showground is just 10 minutes drive, as is the Morgan Factory.

We've created a quirky, self-contained retreat. It is in Castlemorton, high on the south east of the Malvern hills, surrounded by uplands and woodland, a short walk from Iron Age hill fort of British Camp. Ideal for nature lovers, bird watchers and walkers. It is in the Castlemorton Common SSSI and is an AONB. Dark skies great for night sky watching. Malvern, Ledbury, Tewkesbury (20, 15, 30mins) are beautiful towns with theatres, cinemas, lesure centres, spas, markets and museums.

Log fire in winter months (starter pack). Access the Malvern Hills for walking and cycling. Stunning views. Ideal for exploring this beautiful part of England. Shop and Pub nearby. Parking available outside the Cottage on the road.
