Farm Cottage for a escape to the country

New barn conversion. I have tried to maintain the character. The decor is Agri/industrial, reusing as much of the raw materials around the farm. It has three king-size beds all on-suite. 1 x Very large bedroom upstairs with sofa and balcony and 2 smaller ground floor bedrooms. Each room has a TV and wifi. The main living room includes a kitchen, a table, a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table: an outdoor table and chairs, BBQ and a covered area for storing bikes and a EV Charger (50p/kw) etc.

Welcome to our cosy 1 bedroom ground floor annexe apartment, nestled in the heart of the lovely village of Pennard/Southgate. Located just a short walk to Pennard Castle, the stunning Three Cliffs Bay and Pobbles. Along with a golf club and course, local pub, cafes and convenience stores, a park, library and chemist. A perfect starting point for exploring Gower and beyond, we offer a parking space right outside and are a 1 minute walk to the bus stop which offers routes to and around Swansea.

First floor modern apartment situated on Carmarthenshire Coastal Path. 25 meters off Llanelli beach. The apartment offers breath taking sea views of Llanelli beach, Loughor estuary and across to the Gower. Cosy spacious flat is ideal as a base to explore West Wales. The block is undergoing external renovation works from April to December 2026. The views are partially obstructed and the balcony is not in use due to balcony floors being replaced hence the reduced price. No work over weekends

There is wi-fi, Sky TV and a cosy dining room with a log burner for the colder days (logs provided). It’s close to the beach at Pembrey & the attractions of the Carmarthenshire countryside. A stylishly rustic annexe furnished with a considered collection of vintage pieces and set in it's own secluded valley, twenty minutes stroll away from the majestic Three Cliffs Bay. The property comfortably sleeps four, has delightful gardens and oozes charm and character. Village amenities such as an artisan bakery, independent shop/ cafe and heritage centre are all within a three or four minute walk.
