It's just 10 mins drive from Bala town and walking distance to the lake. Patio doors from the lounge open onto a side garden where you can enjoy BBQs, and in the enclosed garden there are views of Bala lake and mountains. There's a kingsize bed upstairs + a kingsize sofa bed downstairs to sleep four.

There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. Yr Efail is a converted blacksmiths workshop.

Yr Efail is situated in Llanfor a small village 3/4 of a mile from the market town of Bala. The property is a converted blacksmiths workshop were the owners family have worked since 1905. Recently renovated into a fully equipped self catering cottage. The property is single story providing easy access for all. Shops, restaurants and pubs are situated in Bala which you can reach by road or on foot along a footpath. We live in the village and available to recommend places to eat and visit.

Plas-yn-Llan is a lovely historic coaching inn with a unique character, in a welcoming village. We have a brilliant butcher, two cafes, a Spar and a corner shop, two pubs, an Indian takeaway and a chippy. The house features three wood-burning stoves, with supplies of timber available in the private courtyard. Hikers and bikers will love exploring Pistyll Rhaeadr and the majestic Berwyn Mountains. Wern Bach is a converted cowshed on a working smallholding in the beautiful Cain valley close to the village of Llanfechain. The accommodation is finished to a very high standard, is suitable for families and is also designed with the disabled in mind with wide doorways, a wet room and a ramped front entrance. The kitchen is fully fitted and comprises of oven & hob, microwave, fridge freezer and ample cookware and crockery.
