The apartment offers breath taking sea views of Llanelli beach, Loughor estuary and across to the Gower peninsula. Cosy spacious apartment is ideal as a central base to explore all of West Wales. The cycle track takes you one way to Swansea & The Gower or the other way to Burry Port harbour & Pembrey. Tenby is a one hour drive away. Ideal for 4 guests but can fit up to 5 if 2 adults, 3 children

We are located just 100m from two country pubs, The Dolphin and the Welcome inn. Both pubs serve food and are dog friendly. We are near the Welsh Coastal Path ideal for walkers. Adjcent to our home is the local church. Our holiday accommodation is ideally positioned in Gower close to wedding venues and for holidaying by the seaside.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. The studio flat with fantastic views over Cefn Bryn in a rural location. Upstairs the Lounge/bedroom gets both sun rise and sunset. Well equipped Let with a walk in shower. Downstairs is a fully fitted kitchen. A short drive will take you to all of the Gowers fabulous beaches and the salt marshes where the ponies roam free. My property is on the Gower Way - great for walkers/cyclist too. There are sometimes free roaming sheep and cows nearby.

Our apartment is perfect for a relaxing getaway and activities such as SUP boarding,kayaking walking, running, swimming and take a Sauna at Ty Sauna on Oxwich beach after.
