Enjoy fun filled days exploring all the local area has to offer & return to relax in the garden. A stones throw from the artisan Post Office Café Gallery serving barista coffee & delicious daily specials. Loch Insh offers year round activities & its Boathouse Restaurant are accessible on foot. Our local pub The Suie provides a warm & welcoming atmosphere.

The Stable Loft on Loch Tummel

A unique setting, right on the shores of Loch Tummel surrounded by the scenery of the Perthshire countryside, The Stable Loft is cosy, spacious holiday accommodation within a 200-year-old farmhouse and is formed within a converted hayloft. The Stable Loft is perfect for a family holiday, fishing, wild swimming or water-sports holiday and also a romantic getaway. It is a peaceful oasis, tucked away from it all at Foss, in the Tummel Valley, but it is easily accessible from the A9 near Pitlochry.

Kirkbeag, an old church converted to a very high standard, is located on the Aviemore side of Kincraig, nestled in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park. It is ideally suited to big family groups. It sits beside the B9152 within walking distance of the village pub & close to Loch Insh Watersports Centre and all the activities available on Alvie Estate. It has a large garden set in forest with direct access to the Speyside Way which provides cycle/walking access to Aviemore (all offroad).

Snowgate Cabin Glenmore

The closest house to the Cairngorm's. Based in the very heart of the Cairngorms National Park Snow Gate Cabin is the last dwelling sitting right at the foot of the Cairngorms themselves. The cabin sleeps two people comfortably, including an open plan living/sleeping area housing a small kitchenette with an electric hob and a shower /wc room. A log burner gives the room a super cosy feel. The cabin shares a driveway with the owners whose property is next door to the cabin.

If your looking for something a little different then The Bridge House might be just for you! My unusual 2 bedroom home was built on a bridge spanning the River Ardle in 1881. Nochty Studio is a eco cabin located on the edge of the small village of Bellabeg in the Cairngorm National Park, in close proximity to Ballater, Braemar, Royal Deeside and on the edge of Moray. The Studio is on the east side of Glen Nochty enjoying open views of the Nochty River and the Doune of Invernochty. The village itself is a 5 minute walk away, with a local shop.

The split level house is on 5 levels with lovely light and great views. The house provides flexible family accommodation, as well as fabulous scenery and is close to all local amenities.
