It is located within walking distance to shopping, dining, and entertainment in downtown Oneonta. Our super cute and comfy property is the ideal place to stay in Oneonta. Close Quarters, a unique studio apartment located inside The Reserve at the Old Bank on the square in Ashland, AL. This historic building originally built in 1907 was first occupied as the First National Bank in 1909. In 2024 it was renovated to offer a unique experience for our guests. Entertainment District Loft

Our building was built in 1930. The apartment was originally a boarding house that sat above a retail store. While it has been fully remodeled, the exposed brick walls, wood floors, transom doors, and much of the trim are original to the building, retaining its ninety year old charm. The sitting area and the front bedroom each have a door that opens onto the balcony that over looks the downtown entertainment district. The areas best shops, boutiques, and restaurants are on the same block!

We made our space unique with a kitchenette to encourage local dining, however our kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave that is also an air fryer and convection oven. We are also a happy host of our local talent with paintings and crafts to encourage shopping local.
